Bio Current research projects involve the following: (1) clinical trial of a variety of novel anxiolytics and antidepressants in Phase I-V of the approval process, (2) nosological studies of anxiety and affective disorders, including comorbidity, symptomatology, and long-term outcome, and (3) development of novel memory paradigms for utilization in humans in the testing of nootropic drugs, ultimately to be used in studies of the psychopharmacological treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
