Reminders:

Duty Hours

Duty Hour entry for each month is due at the end of the month to ensure reports can be run and forwarded to the LSU GME office and Program Director to review for any violations.  Failure to do so will result in any HO that is entering their 2nd year will not be promoted and any graduating HO will not receive their certificate of completion, will not gradate on stage, and will not receive a letter verifying completion of the program.  Duty hours are an institutional requirement for the University and for the ACGME.

Evaluations
All evaluations are due no more than 2 weeks after completion of a given rotation.  Fax your evaluations to the LSU administration office at 568-6006.  Four evaluations per site are required:  Resident on Faculty, Supervisor Six Competencies,  Conference/Didactic/Instructor, and a 360 Evaluation (can be completed by any ancillary staff or peer).  Evaluations are confidential and summaries only will be forwarded to the Program Director for review.

Core Modules
Core Modules are completed by accessing Residency Partner.  Each module is specific to your level and you must score at least 80% to "pass".  Any score below 80% requires retaking until you do score 80%.  You have the entire academic year to complete your modules.  If you do not complete, you will not promote or graduate.
