Yan Cui, PhD, earned her BS in Chemistry from the Peking University (Beijing, China) in 1985. She completed her MS studies in Biophysics from Peking University in 1988 and her PhD in Biological Sciences from the University of Alberta, Canada in 1995. She is an Associate Professor of Medicine with joint appointments in the Department of Genetics and the Gene Therapy Program; her research interests include cancer immunotherapy and gene therapy.
