| We are developing several digital imaging techniques in order to produce a computer based atlas of the mouse brain. At present we have mapped the distributions of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and choline acetyl transferase (ChAT) in the adult mouse. The distributions are presented in several different formats, including digital photographs, plots of cell locations, and 3-D reconstructions of the brain. |
