Office of Faculty Development
Succeeding in a faculty career in academic medicine has become much more complicated in recent years, with rapid changes in health care delivery bringing new demands and new methods to the education, clinical, and research work environments. In response to these changes, the Dean has invested in creating the Office of Faculty Development, directed by Dr. Paula Gregory.
The Office of Faculty Development supports the professional development of School of Medicine faculty at every level. Our goal is to assist the faculty in achieving success and satisfaction at every stage in their careers in academic medicine.
