Teaching Activities

Dr. Hudson is a faculty preceptor for the residents and students in the Department of Family Medicine at Ocshner-Kenner. She is responsible for developing lectures, for both residents and students, and assisting them in performing clinical procedures. Dr. Hudson also helped coordinate a procedural course with the Department of Surgery at the LSU Learning Center in which there was hands on learning of chest tuube placement, emergency tracheotomy, central line placement, use of the ultrasound to locate breast masses, and needle biopsy, along with a suture course taught by the General Surgery faculty.
