Mr. Keith G. Schroth became Associate Dean of Fiscal Affairs in July 2003.  Mr. Schroth was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and received both his undergraduate degree and MBA from the University of New Orleans.  He began his Fiscal career with Getty Oil Company in 1978 and became the Southeast Regional Fiscal Manager for Texaco USA in 1998.  Through his 24 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Mr. Schroth was instrumental in developing competitive Strategic and Tactical plans for a business valued at $5 billion. He developed and reengineered processes to ensure the efficient utilization of a $1 billion annual operational and capital budget.   Mr. Schroth was able to enhance financial performance by $43 million through innovative business improvements driving overhead and operational efficiencies, developing strategic value added relationships, and creating an environment that promoted trust, respect, and teamwork.
