The core offers three distinct services which together encompass all the steps necessary to successfully carry out your expression studies.

Services include:

Service A:
Generation of labeled probe from total RNA
COST: $247.00 per sample

Service B:
Hybridization of labeled probe to the microarray, as well as staining, washing and scanning of the array
COST: $182.00 per chip

Service C:
Data analysis
COST: $28.50 per hour

Investigators have the option of performing service A and C in their own labs.
