Dr. Lowell Anthony is Director of Gastrointestinal and Neuroendocrine Oncology at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. He is a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology and Oncology where he was Acting Director prior to assuming his current post. Dr. Anthony also served on staff at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. A fellow of the American College of Physicians, Dr. Anthony is an active member of several professional organizations. He served on Committees with the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics, and he is a member of the American Association for Cancer Research, the American Society of Hematology and the American Federation of Medical Research. He is also a member of the Southern Society for Clinical Investigation. |
