Dr. Atluri earned her medical degree from Siddhartha Medical College in India in 2002. She worked briefly in a psychiatry clinic and a nursing home before completing her internship in Internal Medicine at LSU Medical Center in Lafayette, Louisiana. She finished her residency Internal Medicine at LSU in New Orleans in 2007 and a fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases in 2011. She has worked as a hospitalist since completing her residency and jointed the Cardiology faculty in September, 2011.
