Clinical Scenario

A 35 year old Caucasian female comes to you complaining of abdominal cramps and occasional diarrhea after eating dairy products. You suspect lactose intolerance. This unit will cover more about this condition and the normal digestion and metabolism of dietary carbohydrates.
