Current Research Projects:

1. The effect of LAU-0901 treatment on the expression of inflammatory mediators and Arginase II in the cornea under desiccating conditions after PRK.

2. The molecular and cellular mechanisms of retrocorneal membrane and the effect of cytokines and growth factors on endothelial differentiation and proliferation.

3. Platelet activating factor (PAF)-induced angiogenic response in corneal myofibroblasts.

4. The molecular mechanisms of corneal nerve regeneration after lamellae keratectomy.
