CLINICAL INFORMATION: The patient is a 42 y old man with a long history of rheumatoid arthritis. Recently he has developed proteinuria. Secondary amyloidosis was suspected and a rectal biopsy performed. The sample for HRLM and TEM is from the paraffin sample.

INFORMACION CLINICA: El paciente es un hombre de 42 años con historia de artritis reumatoidea. Recientemente presenta proteinuria. Se sospecha amiloidosis y se toma una biopsy rectal para confirmar. La muesrtra para MOAR met se obtuvo de la muestra en parafina.
