CLINICAL INFORMATION: The patient is a 48 year old man with a retroperitoneal mass and enlarged inguinal lymph nodes. This biopsy is from the inguinal nodes.

INFORMACION CLINICA: El paciente es un hombre de 48 años con un a masa retro peritoneal y ganglios lymphaticos agrandados en la ingle. La biopsia es de los nodulos inguinales.

REFERENCES:

COMMENT: Paraffin and HRLM sections show sinusoidal hyperplasia with some vacuolated cells. TEM reveals that some of these cells are prostatic secretory cells with characteritic secretory granules (dense crescents). These cells are also positive for SPA.

COMENTARIO: Cortes de parafina y para MOAR revelan hyperplasia sinusoidal con algunas celulas vacuoladas. MET muestra que algunas de estas celulas son celulas prostaticas con granulos secretores caracteristicos (semilunas densas). Estas celulas son obviamente positivas para APE.
