CLINICAL INFORMATION: This is a 31 year old female with history of hepatisis B for a year. Liver enzimes are elevated and HB is still positive. A liver biopsy is taken for evaluation

INFORMACION CLINICA: Esta es una paciente de 31 años con historia de hepatitis B por un año. Enzimas hepáticas están elevadas y HB es todavía positivo. Se toma una biopsia hepática para evaluación.

REFERENCES:

COMMENT: Report: Chronic Hepatitis B minimal activity (HBs antigens detected in hepatocytes), with no fibrosis.

Comentario: Informe: Hepatitis B confirmada por inmunohistologia. Actividad minima sin fibrosis.
