COMMENT: Mesangiopathic GN or Mesangial GN is group of glomerulopathies with mesangial deposits and mesangial cell proliferation. The deposits may be IgA, IgG, C3, IgM, C1q, others but, the mporphologic pattern is the same. I do not believe there is a enough clinical evidence to divide this group in separate diseases just because they have different immuno protein deposits. |
