CLINICAL INFORMATION: The patient is a 43 year old female with a nodule in the vulva. At the time of removal the nodule appeared ill-defined, yellowish and firm.		INFORMACION CLINICA: La paciente de 43 años se presenta con un nodulo en la vulva. El nodulo no esta bien definido es amarillo y duro.

LESIONS AND DIAGNOSIS. 1. Granular cells. 2. Pleomorphic secondary lysosomes. DIAGNOSIS: GRANULAR CELL TUMOR.
COMMENT. Immunohystochemistry: Positive for S100 protein, NSE, Leu-7, vimentin. Negative for actin, cytokeratines and neurofilaments.
