Clinical information: Fifty eight year old man with liver nodule.
Diagnosis. Liver: Metastatic Carcinoid (Midgut carcinoid).
Diagnostic features: Pleomorphic neuro secretory granules (arrows).

Clinical information: Sixty nine year old man with solitary mass in the thyroid?.
Diagnosis. Parathyroid: Oxiphil adenoma.
Diagnostic features: The cytoplasm of the cells is packed with mitochondria. (arrows).

Clinical information: Forty six year old man with nodules in the right lung.
Diagnosis:
Lung: Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma (Clear cell type).
Diagnostic features:
Abundant lipid droplets (short arrows) and glycogen granules (long arrows).

Clinical information: Six year old female with mass in the right hip.
Diagnosis:
Right hip: Eosinophilic granuloma or Histiocytosis X.
Diagnostic features:
Birbeck bodies or granules (long arrows) and Eosinophilic granules (short arrows)

Clinical information: Twenty three year old male with muscle weakness.
Diagnosis:
Skeletal Muscle: Kerns-Shy Syndrome.
Diagnostic features:
Bizarre mitochondria with paracrystallin structures, microtubular sworls, aberrant lamellar cristae.
