Clinical information: Sixty three old male with arthritis and diarrhea. Small bowel biopsy performed.
Diagnosis. Small bowel: Whipple's Disease.
Diagnostic features: Lysosomes with bacterial wall remnants (long arrows) and bacilli (short arrows).

Clinical information: 65 year old female with a 3 cm nodule in the mesentery penetrating the small bowel wall.
Diagnosis: Mesenteric nodule: Metastatic Squamous Cell Cracinoma.
Diagnostic features: Tumor cells with desmosomes and tonofilaments (arrows).

Clinical information: Fifty seven year old man with a mass obstructing the right colon.
Diagnosis:
Colon: Carcinoid tumor.
Diagnostic features:
Neuro endocrine granules (arrows).

Clinical information: Forty two year old female with hypertension and proteinuria.
Diagnosis:
Kidney: Fabry's Disease.
Diagnostic features:
Pleomorphic myelinosomes in the cytoplasm of epithelial cells (arrows).

Clinical information: Thirty nine year old female with duffuse abdominal tumor on serosal surfaces.
Diagnosis:
Peritoneum: Mesothelioma.
Diagnostic features:
Long, bushy microvilli (small arrows), squamous and adeno differentiation (long arrows).
