CONTROL TISSUE: Exocervix, uterus , same control for PAS
TYPE OF STAINING: Notice that all glycogen is gone. Basement membrane and neutral mucin staining persists.
APPLICATION: To demonstrate that the PAS positive staining substance is glycogen.
