Fellowship Program

Since restarting our Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program, it was always our intention to reestablish fellowships that have trained scores of Louisiana's radiologists.  Now that residency classes will be filled starting July 1, 2012, and with the addition of new faculty who will bring additional expert knowledge in their fields, we are in a position to proceed with our plans.

Our Women's Imaging Fellowship (non-accredited) has been approved effective July 1, 2013 and Dr. Michael Morin will be the program director.  The training program will combine 6 months of mammography with additional training in body cross sectional imaging, ultrasound, PET/CT, and interventional radiology.  Additional fellowships planned are: Abdominal Imaging, Interventional, Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology, and possibly Emergency Radiology.
