Due to the catastrophic losses resulting from Hurricane Katrina, the Department of Radiology requested withdrawal of its Radiology Residency program effective June 30, 2006.  We are, however, actively recruiting new faculty and are currently searching for a new Program Director as we work to rebuild both the department and the residency program.

Our target residency opening date is July 2009 pending ACGME site visit and approval.
