The Asian Pacific American Medical Student Association (APAMSA) is part of a national organization dedicated to furthering the awareness of health care issues within the Asian community, as well as encouraging cross-cultural awareness among the student body. Their community service projects include blood pressure and diabetes screenings, providing excellent learning experiences for students seeking early clinical practice and patient interaction. Social events include lunch meetings covering topics such as ethnicity and healthcare, karaoke nights, and more!
