What is the work week like for students on this rotation?

Students will arrive around 6:00am and finish the day around 6:00pm, with a real possibility of the occasional late night.  Call is voluntary and weekends are off.

What are the expectations of students?

Students should learn basic plastic surgery techniques, have exposure to cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, and learn evaluation and management of hand and maxillofacial trauma.

How are students evaluated?

Resident and faculty evaluations are based on clinical performance and oral presentations
