Dr. Vegh is a true product of LSU Health New Orleans, having completed her medical school education, pediatric residency, service as Pediatric Chief Resident, and Pediatric Nephrology Fellowship within our Department of Pediatrics. Throughout her training, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to our institution, our patients, and our mission of excellence in clinical care, education, and scholarship. Her scholarly contributions have focused on pediatric kidney disease, kidney transplantation, quality improvement, and patient-centered care, with presentations at regional and national meetings and ongoing research aimed at improving the early detection of kidney transplant rejection in children. We are thrilled that she has chosen to continue her career with LSU and look forward to the expertise, dedication, and compassionate care she will bring to our patients, trainees, and faculty for years to come.
