Bin Yi, in the past 10 years, has trained on Cancer Biology, Cancer Genetics and Transnational Research. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in 2012 at Kunming Institute of Zoology Chinese Academy of Sciences in China, which is one of world's leading science institutions. In July 2012, he became a postdoctoral fellow in Dr. Yaguang Xi's laboratory. During his postdoc training, he has researched productivity and demonstrated significant contribution to a competitive cancer research career. His career goal is to eventually translate his research findings to clinical practice, and improve the survival time and quality of cancer patients. As a young investigator, he has been studying the role of microRNAs in human cancer prevention, diagnosis, therapy, and prognosis over the past 10 years.
