Projects
1. Integrative Somatic Genomics for Discovery of Cancer Drivers and Clinically Relevant
Phenotypes
This project analyzes tumor-derived somatic genomic data to identify cancer-driver
genes, characterize mutational patterns, and link these alterations to clinical features
that influence disease behavior, prognosis, and therapeutic opportunities.
2. Downstream Pathway Analysis to Identify Prognostic Markers and Therapeutic Targets
in Cancer Susceptibility
This project investigates downstream molecular pathways activated by novel or unexplained
cancer-predisposing variants, with the goal of identifying key signaling nodes that
influence prognosis and reveal actionable targets for precision therapy.
