Why I Picked LSU:

I picked LSU because I was born and raised in the New Orleans area and I love this city as well as the people that live here. I chose LSU because of the family oriented atmosphere and the comradery of the residents. The teamwork-oriented approach to residency was undeniable at my interview and remains present throughout residency.

I have signed with Ochsner Medical Center for Neuro Critical Care Fellowship and hope to remain in the New Orleans area to practice after fellowship.

LSU neurology faculty and residents are very easy to work with; the continuing education program along with the wide variety of pathology that we are exposed to is unique. One big plus for me was that New Orleans has a great multicultural environment which makes living in this city to be quite an adventure for me and my family.
