Why I picked LSU: I picked LSU because as a New Orleans native I am dedicated to providing healthcare to the people of the city. I also loved the family-like atmosphere of the LSU residency program and how the residents and faculty support each other.

The diverse patient population in New Orleans provides exposure to a wide variety of neurological problems. And outside of work, there are plenty of fun activities to do in the city and amazing restaurants to try.
