Currently seeking Pediatric Otolaryngologist

The Louisiana State University Department of Otolaryngology is actively seeking a board-certified, fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologist at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, to join a very successful and growing pediatric otolaryngology practice. This position is accompanied by a full-time faculty appointment in the LSU Health Sciences Center. Clinical activities are conducted at Children's Hospital of New Orleans, which is a state-of-the-art, high-volume regional pediatric hospital that serves a broad and diverse population, ideal for developing numerous clinical and research interests. Education of otolaryngology residents and medical students is an integral part of this appointment.

The compensation package will be generous and commensurate with qualifications. Our pediatric ENT team members enjoy liberal cross-coverage for weekend and holiday on-call responsibilities, and share the benefit of subspecialty support in otology, laryngology, head and neck oncology, and plastic/reconstructive surgery as well. Currently seeking Head and Neck Oncologist

The Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery is seeking a board-certified otolaryngologist-head and neck surgeon with fellowship training in head and neck oncology. Our New Orleans-based department has reorganized extensively since hurricane Katrina in 2005, creating an outstanding opportunity for an otolaryngologist interested in head and neck oncology and reconstructive surgery, in a state-of-the-art 800-bed regional referral center closely affiliated with excellent onsite radiation and medical oncology groups.

This is a full-time academic appointment at the tenure-eligible rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Responsibilities include patient care, resident and medical student education, and the pursuit of clinical research. Salary and rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience of the individual. LSUHSC is an AA/EEO employer.
