Apply to the Program

 

One fellow is accepted into our program to train for one year.

The Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Program is a one-year ACGME-accredited fellowship for trainees who have completed a three-year accredited training program in Cardiovascular Disease and are eligible to sit for the ABIM certification exams in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. This one-year program is intended to prepare trainees for a career in Interventional Cardiology with expertise in treating routine and complex coronary and peripheral vascular disease, along with a strong foundation in the evaluation and management of structural heart disease.

By the conclusion of this fellowship, trainees will be expected to sit for the ABIM certification exam in Interventional Cardiology.

 

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Applications will be accepted for the 2022-2023 fellowship through the ERAS system in the December cycle at https://www.aamc.org/students/medstudents/eras/fellowship_applicants/

We require:


• Current curriculum vitae

• Three letters of recommendation, including one from current/former
   program director

• Personal statement

• ECFMG certificate necessary for foreign medical graduates

• USMLE scores

• US Citizen, permanent resident (Form I-551), or ECFMG sponsorship as a J-1 
  exchange visitor only.
