Bio

Dr. Lee was born and raised in New York. She completed high school at Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, New Hampshire. She then went on to Duke University and medical school at the University of Pennsylvania.  She subsequently completed her residency in orthopaedic surgery at Harvard Medical School.  There, she was selected to be Administrative Chief Resident, received the prestigious William H. Thomas, MD Award and was given a Partners in Excellence Award for Leadership & Innovation. 

Dr. Lee’s fellowship training was in Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery, focusing on pelvic and acetabular surgery, complex peri-articular injuries, the management of malunions and nonunions, and the care of patients with osteoporosis and fragility fractures.

She sees patients at the St. Charles Avenue Clinic in Uptown New Orleans.  Appointments can be made by calling (504) 412-1100.

Clinical Interests

Her interests include the care of the multiply-injured patient, orthopaedic fractures, pelvic and acetabular injuries, revision treatment of nonunions and malunions, and osteoporotic fracture management.

She is a Fellow of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery
