Bio
Matthew Bartow, MD is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery.
Dr. Bartow completed a Master’s degree in Molecular Pharmacology at Tulane University
before obtaining his medical degree at LSU. He stayed on for his integrated plastic
surgery training and graduated in 2021 before completing an additional fellowship
in Aesthetic Surgery with Dr. Grady Core in Birmingham, AL.
Following an enriching fellowship experience, Dr. Bartow sought to return to home
to the Crescent City and serve the people of New Orleans. Dr. Bartow covers both trauma
and reconstructive cases at UMC in addition to his cosmetic practice.
