Adjunctive Therapy Study with Oxcarbazepine XR for Partial Seizures

Supernus is sponsoring a clinical trial at the LSUHSCEpilepsyCenter in New Orleans where eligible candidates will be 18 to 65 years and experiencing partial epileptic seizures.  Those meeting the study criteria who are willing to participate will receive either one of two strengths of the study drug or placebo for up to 23 weeks as adjunctive treatment (in addition to their other antiepileptic medications) for their partial seizures. Study visits and study medication costs will be covered by the Sponsor.
