Tiger Stripes Recognition Program
The LSU School of Medicine Tiger Stripes Recognition Program seeks to acknowledge the contributions of the faculty and staff across the five core values of the SOM. The administration appreciates that our faculty and staff are working hard and committed to providing quality care, teaching, service and support across the SOM. While other awards acknowledge large contributions over time, the Tiger Stripes program aims to ensure that our faculty and staff are seen throughout the year for the work they provide daily. Therefore, no contribution to the mission is too small to be recognized through the Tiger Stripes Recognition Program.
The Five Core Values as described in the SOM Mission Statement represent the Five Tiger Stripes of the Recognition Program include:
- Excellence
- Service
- Innovation
- Compassion
- Integrity
