An annual competition hosted by the ACP, the ACP Abstract Competition offers two avenues for students to participate. Students are welcomed to submit entries in either National Clinical Vignette or Research competitions.
Started by Dr. Paula Gregory, the Summer Research Internship Program is designed to provide students with research experience in either both the clinical or basic sciences. During the 8-week program, students are paired with faculty at LSUHSC, Tulane University Health Sciences and CHNOLA and are then given the opportunity to present their summer projects at the annual Medical Student Research Day.
