Research Environment and Opportunities

Our division supports a broad spectrum of scholarly activity, including clinical, translational, and educational research. In addition to mentored research, fellows participate in a Pediatric Subspecialty Core Curriculum Lecture Series, which provides formal instruction in research methodology, biostatistics, study design, data analysis, and scientific writing. These sessions equip fellows with the foundational tools necessary for successful academic and clinical scholarship. Fellows regularly present their work at divisional research conferences and are strongly supported in submitting abstracts to regional, national, and international meetings.
