About Me:
I was born and raised in California and moved to Louisiana a few years ago to help out some family members and figure out my next step. While staying in Mandeville I learned about the IDP program, applied, and enrolled in the fall of 2010.   I really enjoy New Orleans and hope to venture out more into the surrounding area.

My Primary Research Interest: Still working on that…

Why Genetics?
I have always been interested in genes and the role they play in both normal development and disease, so genetics seemed like the place to be.

Career Goal:
Continue doing research for as long as someone wants to fund me:)

What makes me unique:
I have a pet rabbit named Mashed Potato

What makes me typical:
I am a terrible procrastinator
