Fokhrul Hossain is currently working as Postdoctoral Researcher in Dr. Lucio Miele's laboratory. He received his doctoral degree from the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center (LSHUSC) in 2015. His current research mainly focuses on the biology of Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) using both basic science and public health approach. Importantly, he wants to understand the role of Cancer Immunology and Cancer Stem-like Cells (CSC) in the progression of TNBC. His career goal is to become an independent faculty with particular research interest in TNBC Biology and Health Disparities.
