AALN focuses on the people leading the systems — those running departments, teaching programs, and mentoring the next generation. It connects leadership across silos and across career stages to build strength, clarity, and sustainability in academic neurology and clinical neuroscience. Its mission is to empower those shaping the future of neurology through connection, shared wisdom, and transformative leadership development.
