What were you looking for in a residency program when you selected LSU?
I desired an operative heavy training experience in the southeastern United States that would help make me a technically savvy, well-rounded orthopaedic surgeon. I can say with complete confidence that LSU is accomplishing that goal.

What advice would you give to incoming residents?
Consider programs where you have positive interactions with the junior residents; these will be the individuals who help train you and work beside you for the next 5 years.
