He joined our faculty in a full time capacity in 1981.

Dr. Helm has extensive experience in administration and academic support services for the minority and disadvantaged student. He is the overall supervisor and director for all aspects of the Office of CMHE and its activities. There, he provides counseling as needed on a 24-hour basis.
